    So, mod set me infraction which is 100% wrong, I just want to know which section should I use to dispute it?

    Pm the moderator that gave it to and you can tell them your side. If they don't side with you your stuck.

    How do I dispute my infraction?
    You cannot dispute an infraction unless it leads to a ban. IE. You get 5 infractions, but you know one is BS. That's the one you report.
