Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision/why you should forgive me: I believe my initial dispute effectively summarized the situation rather well, so I will copy and paste it here. I'd like to add that I fully acknowledge the bad trading practice here and my negligence. I can assure that this will not be a problem again in the future.

I attempted to sell an account on behalf of a former friend and resell an account he sold me on the same thread. There were two accounts being sold on: [VOUCHED by Sythe Staff] 2 end game iron men CHEAP [Tbow, Infernal Cape, cox prayers, and more]

Originally account 2 was listed first. I had the disclaimer "I am not the original owner of the account but am in direct contact with him and can provide support if needed." as a preface and requirement to state I was not the original owner. This was in fact LDS's (my accuser from the report) own original account. After he lost his hardcore status on a separate account (which was originally purchased from playerauctions) I listed that account on the same thread as account 1. It completely went over my head that the account wasn't his original account and I simply copy and pasted the same preface that "I am not the original owner of the account but am in direct contact with him and can provide support if needed." It was an honest oversight that I didn't recall at the time of listing and I had no ill intentions of lying about the account's original ownership. Zulu claimed I lied but the reality was I simply made a mistake in not being thorough about these things. I acknowledge the error in my listing and will be more thorough moving forward. Anything else you wish to say: I have been a long time member of sythe from middle school into adulthood with this being my first ever issue. I'd kindly like to ask for a pardon on the issue. I will always be thorough when addressing who the original owner is if dealing with account sales and I always strive to maintain the highest level of integrity. edit (4/9/2025@11:32AM): with regards to @Techie concern here, I am going to try and best address my singular use of the word "bet" a day later not as complying to lying about OO but just an aknowledgemnt of the password change... I understand your skepticism on the matter but I did address that I had no ill intentions in lying. I thought my preface that I am not the original owner would have been sufficient so I simply copy and pasted the prior preface for account 2: "I am not the original owner of the account but am in direct contact with him and can provide support if needed". I am asking for the benefit of the doubt here given a good track record on sythe. Had I just omitted the latter portion of my preface about OO and stated "I am not the original owner of the account", there would be no issue here. It is being chalked up to the fact that I copy and pasted my first preface with the additional clause "but am in contact with him and can provide support if needed" that this became an issue to begin with. If you check the edit history of the account sales thread you would see that my edit history aligns with what I have said. I just simply copy and pasted the previous original ownership disclaimer instead of omitting the last clause. I had no ill intentions of lying about OO despite this. I wish I could articulate myself better but I find myself here at a loss of words. Is the accusation of my compliance in lying about OO really going to stem on me not correcting my former friend about proper trading practices and condemning his desire to lie about OO and my use of the word "bet"? There was a multitude of things he wanted me to list such as the pricing of the account, the new password, and ofc the lumped in desire to lie about OO. I was busy with work, replied an entire day later and only used the word "bet" as a colloquial means of responding to the grocery list of things. Like I said, it went over my head that he asked to lie about OO. I didn't give it a second thought and just copy and pasted my preface about not being the original owner (which wasn't an accurate statement since this account 1 from the sales thread wasn't his original account and I acknowledged this as such). I don't see how I failed to address this, or perhaps I didn't articulate the situation well enough for you. I'm hoping this edit can add some further clarity where I was not thorough.

I mention this as I am trying to show a pattern of consistent behavior and that this particular instance was a fluke on my part. My first edit history of the sales thread for the ironman was also accurate in that LDS was the original owner for that account. It is just the latest addition to the thread where i was sloppy and lazy and copied the preface of the previous account. Again, I acknowledge I was not thorough, I apologize for this and will move forward with the upmost scrutiny when it comes to trading practices. I would kindly ask other staff to consider this appeal holistically.
