The accounts were banned during his service since the account was never delivered.

OSRS Machines said, “During service any ban I cover, but not after.” But the accounts were banned during service (his worker was still finishing up tasks on that day you can view the runelite dated pictures) while they were still in his control, before I could even log in or check the RSNs on highscores due to his delay in sending the usernames that he set when he completed tutorial island on the accounts. On delivery I immediately told him that 6 of the accounts were banned prior to ever having a chance to login and verify the quests were completed. We agreed on receiving pure accounts that work from the get-go, not accounts that are banned right.

I had no problems with the other 11 accounts delivered. You can check each one on highscores, all thriving (even though you decided to log on them after you 'delivered' which makes no sense)




The service remains active until I confirm delivery of fully working accounts, and since these accounts were banned on delivery before I could verify them, the agreement was never fulfilled.

Account Delivery Was Successful and Acknowledged

The accounts were delivered on March 29th, and communication after that shows the buyer was active and acknowledged the transaction.

There was no complaint or report of bans at the time of delivery. If the accounts were banned upon delivery, I would have expected an immediate report not days later on march 31

Ban Policy Was Clearly Stated and Agreed Upon

I was very clear: any bans that occur DURING service are covered. Once the account is delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

This has been standard in all my deals, and there was no objection or negotiation from @RW Shop about this at any point before or during the order.

Lack of Evidence Proving Bans Happened During Service

@RW Shop claims bans occurred before account login, yet no timestamped screenshots were provided to prove this.

Sythe's dispute standards require verifiable proof if the accounts were banned prior to delivery, there should be evidence dated March 29th or earlier, which was never provided.

Without that, there’s no way to prove the bans happened in my care.

Order Was Completed Successfully
Away from the 3 accounts you given wrong then replaced em with another cuz wrong pw's and im really looking to refund those 3 left since i don't work for someone calling me a scammer anymore, I have successfully send you details of the 17 accounts we have made. If 6 accounts had issues post-delivery, I’m open to discussing partial compensation if proper proof is provided but calling the entire service a scam is unreasonable and untrue.

Open to Fair Resolution, Not Accusations

I’m not here to dodge responsibility. I’ve completed dozens of successful services and am always willing to address real problems.

If @RW Shop provides valid, timestamped evidence that the bans occurred before March 29th (the delivery date), I’m happy to work on a resolution.

But until then, I ask that the scam accusation be reconsidered as it’s based on speculation, not evidence.


I strongly deny the scam claim. I delivered the service, had no control over what happened after delivery, and received no valid evidence showing the bans Occured during provision of the services. I remain open to compromise on the 6 disputed accounts if real evidence is brought forward.

Due to it being a holiday & myself being busy on that day I didn't have a minute but if you do read the transcript you'll see his service provider was saying she had couple final things to do on that day after they 'delivered'
