Oracle not responding

He is probably not scamming but i just want him to reply so thats why im making this report.

Explanation of the trade:

I bought a 1 year PSN account sub from oracle on 25th october 2024. From day 1 there were issues with it, which i told oracle and he was responsive and trying to help.

The issue was that it would give me a notification that the psn account was enabled on a different ps5 and i had to re-enable it on my own ps5. It would do this after every game during peak hours.
Only 1 person can play on the psn account at once and i was sure other people were playing on it cause thats what it said. But oracle said it was Sony their fault.

On Nov. 12 he offered to refund me but i wanted to fix it at first. I didnt play alot on my ps5 for a while so i forgot about it, but i started playing again and the issues was still the same. So on Feb. 12 i told oracle i wanted to be refunded. I offered him a partially refund cause it was a while ago, so i would be happy with 66% cause 4 of the 12 months passed.

However recently i checked the account and i could see games were being played on it. Games i dont even own. So this confirms other people have acces to it, which also explains all the issues. Because of this, and him ignoring me i want a FULL refund now. I've also sent him a dm on sythe which he didnt reply to, but he has been online.
