Is my account gone forever?

    Hey.
    I had an account, a pure, and it has a lot of money on it.
    I forgot the password, and the password to the E-mail too.
    I also forgot the security question to the e-mail... and I can't get on it without speaking to Customer Support, who I don't believe will actually take my word for it.
    The account was created after November, so the login is through to e-mail. When I try to recover.. it just says to check my e-mails to get the password reset, but obviously I can't. I'm unsure what to do, but the account is a good pure, and has ALOT of money on it.. What to do, what to do?

    If your original owner you should try recovering over and over again. it will probably work =)

    also if you open the set up recovery questions page on rs you will maybe remember some answers to your questions ?

    and you can probably recover an email adress by visiting your host's website and checking there

    It doesn't let me get to that part where it asks about Recovery Questions.. I click recover account, log in and it tells me to enter the E-Mail. I enter the E-Mail and it says "Check your E-mails for further instructions".

    The chances of you getting it back or slim to none. The only option you have is to convince the customer support as you said.

    Make sure next time if you get it back to write down all details of the account. I save all the details of all my accounts on MS Word, since my memory is equivalant to shit. -.-'

    You created the account under a year ago, hell... under 6months ago.

    You already forgot the password.
    You already forgot the email address associated with it.
    You already forgot the recovery questions.

    I highly doubt this is your account that you are trying to recover...

    How can you not answer your security question? Isn't it supposed to ask a question that only you would know?
