[Paying $25] Need PayPal limit lifted

I have a paypal account with $82 in it. It was verified by an online bank.. which I haven't used. It's been over 180 days, so I can withdraw the cash now. I either need this payment lifted without using my real address/bank, or withdrawn to someone else's bank (someone trustable, obviously) and traded to me.

Will pay $25.

Use Accountnow.com. Sign up for a card they will ship it to your house and you can use the account as a bank to link to Paypal. So send your money to the account and spend the money with your account now card

Hmm, can't u just get a random debit card?

 

i cant give out my address, i don't want my parents noticing.
any way to get a random debit card number without sending it to myself?
