    How to use moneybookers?
    Every time I have tried to use moneybookers after I upload funds I can never send money to anyone only verified vendors. Anyone know which method of uploading money lets you send money to anyone?

    It's because you uploaded the money in a different method.

    This is stated in there terms.

    If your from USA they won't let you use moneybookers except for ebay.
