Type of scam: my friend was looking to buy pins i linked this person, he asked if the seller got any upgrades, he said yes and mentioned that will sell only with OOM or with person who has +40 vouches. After 15 seconds i send him a message how many pins he got, he said sold out.

It's the second time he refused and lies to sell, i suggest atleast give a TWC if you're not baning.
