It is a crime in most places to have sex with someone that is mentally disabled, and I would call someone incredibly stupid mentally disabled LOL.

If they enacted this law in the US, MTV would no longer be able to find people for their show "16 and pregnant". Everyone on that show seems to qualify as having extremely low IQs.

I remember when I was in High School in California, the Junior High School I went to was having heaps problems because a lot of 7th graders were getting pregnant.

It was a red neck town, so no wonder.

 

Unless he's raping people, I don't see a problem with it. Besides, he's clearly gay so why does he even care where babies come from?

 

Someone with that low of intelligence is obviously incapable of raising a child, hence it being illegal to have sex with mentally disabled people.

 

I think its kind of a good thing in a way. If he was seriously mentally disabled and truely had no idea what he was doing the law would basically prevent him from allowing himself to be raped (if that makes sense). But at the same time if he functions like a normal human just a stupider, then prohibiting him from having sex would basically make being not smart against the law.

HE'S GAY. Why would he need to even know about where children come from? I don't know anywhere that would even let him adopt a kid if he wanted to. Him having sex with his boyfriend has nothing to do with being able to raise kids or not.

 

How about not allowing someone to breath because they do not know how the respiratory system works, and how oxygen flows through our body.

I love it how theres always one organisation who knows everything, yet it's the same organisation that has the most issues; Government.
