Scam Warning - Account Sales:

Among high-level accounts, the portion recovered is 90% or higher. They're mostly scams. There is really nothing I can do to prevent this - as an MM, all I can do is verify that the account exists, that the seller is the current owner of it, it's membership status, it's email/recov status, whether it has certain quests done or items on it, and its offense history.

Remember, the runescape pass recovery system is designed to favor the orginal owner of the account. Even without an active subscription, email, or recovs, the account can be scammed back. Make sure you are aware of the risks before trading.
