ban request for 4ng

I had a ban request for 4ng here before, because of the same reason. he messaged me about it and asked me to remove it, saying he would give me the gold that I was buying. I NEVER received ANY gold, or any of my money back. I'm currently out 50$ as when the disputes with paypal I had closed, the money went to him.

^ chat logs from today, he asked if my mom claimed the money. but he never sent it because his paypal is limited...

I first started talking to him on may 4th, sent 25$ disputed/closed before he could open dispute(i didnt know, never did that before) so he sent back 25$. i sent 25$ to him and did the same thing, except he opened it.
the money was on hold though? so i sent another 25$ (stupid me)
now 75$ is on hold, because the 25 he sent me was also on hold.

about a week and a half later, the disputes where closed. I got the 25$ he sent me back, but the other 50 he has!

I'm not able to dispute anymore on paypal. I have a few inbox messages telling me to add him on skype, and his skype name. + skype messages with his name in it, so its obvious I'm talking to him and not an imposter.

I'm not sure what I need to get this thread right so if any1 needs any type of proof just ask, and I will get it.

(ill be back later to check the thread, as for now gtg :C)(hes not replying on skype, as usual. unless I bring up him scamming me/or posting a ban request he just ignores me.)
