if jagex gets the bots out then itll be fine otherwise rs is dead

 

Free trade brought back old players. And god knows we're too old to play now, so we all just bot.

The fact that Jagex added noted herbs drops from the RoW update to many monsters also made a large impact on the herb market.

 

Like side previously, te lowest I ever see it going is 50 cents a mill.

 

I remember gold averaging $3.50-$5.00 per mill. But this was when partyhats were around 60M so it made sense at the time. Free trade comes back, hundreds of rich merchers, staking, bots, it all goes down. So much gold flowing into the game.

 

It's just going to continue crashing, it's quite sad to see really.

 

Why would you wish such a thing? Lol well i dont see it dropping any lower because then we'd have the great depression on runescape.

Removing bots from the game is not the only way to make the price of mills go back up. One of the current problems is that thing like selling items to venders and High Alching there is an infinite amount of RSGP being created. One way to combat this would be to raise prices on necessary store bought items. For instance, if veteran capes cost 20m each, surely most veterans would still spend the money for the cool cape and emote but that would essentially remove 20m gp from the game, this reducing the amount of overall RSGP that exists. Basic laws of supply and demand then apply: with less RSGP in circulation, the price could rise
