HOW TO GET BARROWS GLOVES and is sw good exp???

What do these gloves do and how do you get them...are they good?? im currently trying to lvl up str and wondering if sw is good

they are good i do not have them i just use a regen bracelet i am not a fan of quest

and bandits are good...

 

I notice a slight difference with Barrows Gloves, but it isn't something huge.

I would get them, but not solely for training...They are more for "everything", as they give good bonuses to the entire combat triangle.
