Trying to recvoer my old main

I keep getting this as a appeal denial

Although I am entering first password/creation details/etc

How can I get it accepted dammit?

 

I've been having the same problem with my main. I think it's because I've moved houses since creation, and the IP is different than the original one. Are you trying to recover it from your original IP address? Also, if you had a registered e-mail on the account that you knew, that would help a lot.

 

Original ip is in Tennessee, Memphis to be exact.
And I'm here in California now.

Yeah, that's probably part of the problem. If you know the IP from Memphis, and you put it in the extra information part, it'll improve your chance of success a ton.

 

Keep trying, it will get accepted eventually .
Not even joking, I've used the same info and gotten denied multiple times but I've also been accepted as well with the same deneid info -.-.

 

Find a proxy in TN. Have you entered your previous card details from members.

 

All you can do is enter EVERYTHING you know about the account..

I recovered an account on just old passwords and old recoveries, while another acc I had member info and creation date AS WELL and it didn't get accepted.

 

If you had an RSC classic account, you might want to tell them some of the stats or combat level if you can remember. That helped me out previously!
