Acc Recovery Question

Ok so now that fagex made it that you can only recover an account if you have an email set to it does that make it so no1 can recover it? except yourself of course.

 

When you go to recover an account, it will ask you for a email and it will say "You have 2 tries remaining" you can just click "next" or "ok" (Or whatever the button is) twice.
And it'll lead you to the next part of the recovery process.

tl:dr for my previous post, you do not need the email address associated with the account, to recover.
Once again, you do NOT need it.

 

How come i tried to recover my old account but didnt get it back, did all recoveries all passwords etc just not the email but it got denied.

 

When you check your appeal, or when you get an email saying denied(the new system)
Click the link it tells you(in the email) and check out why it got denied.
It'll tell you.
