Question on Runescape Account Secuirity, Different IPs put u at risk?

Hey guys, i offer a skilling service, and i came across a customer who is a bit worried as he has a nearly maxed account, with many years of hardwork. His query is, his IP is a british one, whereas mine is an Asian, he says most of the gold farming services have Asian IPs so jagex might track the Asian ips and maybe take an action?[ if asian ips are used to log in from accounts originally created in other parts of the world], Also, Since i have done numerous skilling orders, my ip has been used on various accounts, so his concern is , if my ip is used on his account [ british created] would it put his account to ANY risk of getting banned/muted/black mark? I would highly appreciate if you guys could help me with this :) Thanks alot for reading :)

I never had any problems from doing that although my IP isnt asian. But I have never heared any people using powerleveling from gold4rs or other asian-staff sites being banned or receiving any infractions.

Yeah, he shouldn't worry about this. Even if he gets infraction or something just give an excuse 'I had gone for a vacation there.'

if you are really concerned, use a proxy. then if he does get banned, which is very very very unlikely, he can say that he tried a proxy for the first time and wont do it again.

if jagex did catch anything fishy, they would just lock his account. and since it is almost maxed, it would be quite simple for him to unlock it.
