I can attest to this one. It should also be noted that said pjer is usually a noob with nothing on but claws, yet seems to hit miraculously with their specs.

 

Don't assume 1 itemers don't deserve melee prayer. I got 1 hit with 600 hp with claws off a 1 itemer.
