Recovering, WTF?

Yeah new system been around for at least a month I think, but I agree it is stupid to a degree.

Although, I don't know why any active user wouldn't have an e-mail on their account. Made recovering very simple before the update.

 

So your saying now people can recover with an email rather than all original info now?

 

From what people have said when they have tried to recover accounts recently in the new system, you still need original info.

Some people with original info are even getting knocked back because their current location's IP does not match the area/region for the IP they were at when they created their account.

 

I think that you got blocked because you spamclicked the enter email thing all u gotta do is write for example [email protected] and when it says its wrong you write it again and boom your in the recovery page where you have to write your membership info recovery questions previous password creation date internet provider and all that

Hm, actually worked this time I might get my account back after all

 

Type it in wrong 2 times then it takes you to old recovery page.

 

don't worry try after a hour or two
