Recovering, WTF?

Okay, today I came back to see my runescape account was hacked. I previously didn't have an email on it. Now when I try to recover it, it just asks me for the email and says "You have 2 attempts remaining." I have no idea what email they made it too and I just want to input the correct recovery info. How do I do this?

 

I don't think you can after the new update.
Its all Email now.

I haven't tried recovering with the new system, but I have heard others say there is an option somewhere for you to use no e-mail.

I've seen that if you type in the wrong email twice it takes you back to the old recovery page.

That would leave you with 1 attempt though.

No, you can still Recover it.
Fail the email twice, and you are prompted to the normal recovery process.
