Staff Feedback

Its not his job to make sure that you have read and understand the rules; you agreed to them when you joined the site. Its his job to make sure they are enforced. If you are too incompetent to realize that mods are not in fact your personal baby sitters, you should consider leaving the forums.

They've been bugging me for awhile now. I decided it was time for a little spring cleaning. I plan on keeping it that way as well.

 

I love your staff, the one OMM who helps host dragon dyce games is unreal along with farcast and a few others.

CSkiffingt1 - Blasted through a mass of spam reports earlier today, takes advice well on MSN. All-round great guy. We're lucky to have him in the team.

 

KerokeroCola- I sent you a PM asking for your help, you replied with this. "No. You have deliberately disobeyed me. Find someone else to help you."

 

Maybe because you did not listen to his advice, and then asked for help. Shocker ?


I love all mods on here, they all are helpful never had any problems. They work insanely hard to keep this site running.

 

Respect is earned, my friend. I sent you a PM kindly asking you to revise your signature, and you ignored it completely. Then I sent you a link to the rules, and then i specifically told you to read the one regarding signature size. You really expect me to help you out by deleting picture proof that you have scammed someone? In fact, I'd look into the reports, but I hardly have time as it is to read PMs anymore.

Indeed, your signature is still too large. Plus, you explicitly disobeyed the rules of not selling PINs.

 

Kero- it sounds like you are handling some of the stuff that isnt pretty and doesnt make you look good. Just keep in mind; negative feedback from incompetent people is often a sign that you are doing your job well. Continue enforcing the rules as they should be, well done.

 

Sacro- Haven't seen you on much buddy, maybe you're doing sp/cam reports which I don't look at.

 

Doesn't matter anymore since he is banned for scamming

 

FireZ/Plznate - After just being promoted back to global, Plznate is already on the job tackling those scam reports, FireZ has also been a great help in that section aswell.

I will be giving my honest opinion about the staff. Please don't quote me proving that you're right or wrong; you'd only be making it worse.

CSkiffingt1 - Very disrespectful. He puts his nose in problems that are not his. I don't see him doing much around the forums either.
Karl - Taking care of his section.
Lordhooters - I don't know where you are.
Farcast - Doing very well in your position. Glad you're a RS Mod again.
Sacro - You help out a lot.
Sengira - You also help out a lot.


Benwise - I forgot you got promoted. Haven't you around.
Clashfan - I don't see you around much.
Dalpra - Don't see you much either.
FireZ - Doing a good job.
Giddy - I don't see you as much as I used to.
KeroKeroCola - Doing well.

Finn - Takes things too far sometimes and won't listen to other people's opinions. You do a good job keeping the staff in line and making sure we have a good staff team.

Sythe - Haven't heard from you for awhile, but the site is running so everything must be good.
