1.Headshot was aware that my main goal was to have payment processor for "Only Paypal"
He was the one who has offered me other payment methods such as: Wise, Revolut for example, even though I have informed him that my customers don't use wise, revolut. He was informed before paying deposit that my customers use "Only PayPal"

In this case Headshot was lying/playing victim that he was not getting transactions via:
Wise, Revolut and other payment methods.
How do you expect to get transactions via Wise, Revolut and other payment methods if I told you before you even paid
deposit that my customers use only PayPal?

He also began fabricating a story, claiming that he offered two separate services while there were non. I Have told him before paying deposit that my
customers use only Paypal and he has suggested me to add Wise, Revolut payment methods even though I told him that my customers don't use them.
He stated that no deposit was required for PayPal transactions, but that a deposit was necessary for Wise, Revolut, and other payment methods.
Could you now explain why, despite my informing you that my customers USE ONLY PayPal and do not use Wise or Revolut, you are still making deposit for payment methods that my customers do not use?

2. I have made an agreement with Headshot. In agreement was stated that he has to provide me payment processor service for 4 months.
Once someone accepts agreement, we achieve rights that are stated in agreement.
Since he has accepted my agreement I have achieved right that he will be open for his payment processor services for 4 months and that he can claim his deposit back after 4 months whenever he wants.

3. Headshot didn't have any own terms that were added by him in our agreement. This means he hasn't achieved any rights such as: claiming deposit back whenever he wants, forcing me to stay in his discord server and to deal with payments only there. If he wanted to have daily/weekly/monthly amount of transactions in order to keep offering his service, he should have stated this in our agreement which he didn't do. Even if there were no payments throughout the entire period, but there were like $10k + in the first month, during which he made a profit of over $1k, He has no right to request a deposit withdrawal, as the agreement did not specify that a certain number of transactions was required for him to continue offering his service.

My Opinion
I believe that Headshot exhibits very poor trading practices, as he seeks to claim specific rights after already agreeing to my terms, and he fails to adhere to the Terms of Service.
Furthermore, in order to claim his deposit back, he has even lied in this report, as I have proved above.

As a payment provider, my role is to reach out to servers that don’t offer my payment methods, offering my services to help expand their business, increase customer growth, and boost sales. This mutually beneficial arrangement allows both parties to thrive. I currently provide payment processing services to over 10 Discord servers, with zero complaints. My company provides a fast, efficient, and well-organized, which is why 99% of my clients have a dedicated channel in my Discord where payment screenshots are posted, confirmed, and documented.

The client in question has repeatedly stated that his customers only use PayPal. In an effort to explore whether other payment methods might appeal to his clientele and expand his customer base, I provided a deposit. This deposit was intended to allow for payments to be made through my methods, and I usually cash out every $500-1k, regardless of balance, on Sundays. From a business perspective, the deposit was made as a safety measure, hoping it would yield some return. It’s important to note that payment processing and crypto swapping are two different revenue-generating methods.

Questions:

• What crypto swapping transaction typically requires a deposit?
  
  
• Why would I provide a deposit for swapping PayPal to crypto if I can simply go first? The client is a trusted member of the Sythe community, correct?
  

Closing Statement: I urge my peers and Sythe Mods to consider the following: We have a client here who is fighting to the tooth and nail to hold onto my deposit for what another two months. Shouldn't we be at least curious as to why or even worried might I say? When I asked if returning my deposit was a financial issue and whether he needed more time, he showed me he had $20k, indicating that this is not a financial problem. There was no clear agreement on terms, and both parties only agreed that the deposit would not be held for more than 4 months. His terms weren't acknowledged or responded to with confirmation.

From a business perspective, my safety deposit has not resulted in any payment processing volume from this client. I have the right to terminate my services if no debt or processing tab exists, which is the case here. We have a situation where funds are being held with a poorly defined agreement, and it’s clear that the deposit should not have been held any longer than 4 months. His terms were never confirmed or acknowledged. I've never had issues with returning deposits from past clients, some of whom I still do business with today.

I even stated to him " I will have my dev add you to my server but we can record all payments here"

-Additionally he gave no notice that he was leaving my server. I was never informed. Wouldn't you tell your payment provider something like this.

If new payment methods were introduced, wouldn't you want to notify your customers? This is an opportunity to improve customer retention, attract those who don’t pay with crypto or PayPal, and expand your client base.


Lastly, despite knowing that his customers primarily use PayPal, I took a chance on his business, offering the opportunity for growth. However, the data clearly shows that this client is either unwilling to offer my payment methods to his customers or has no interest in doing so. Given all the information at hand, I am left questioning why he insists on holding onto my deposit, especially when it would only be for an additional 2 months and 22 days at most. This isn't an interest free loan and the bank is calling to come and collect out of nowhere now is it?

 

Obviously you run your own website and can edit and add things at your own will. Not sure if possible but please provide timestamps of website updates and official audit trails of any of my payment methods and its payment details being added to your website . I also ask you keep all communication in this thread your scare tactics via discord DMs won’t work on me .

 

This will probably be my last reply, and I will leave the decision to the moderators, as Headshot has not provided any proof to support his claims. He is speaking here in the same manner as he did when communicating with me privately.
He keeps repeating the same things such as: "I am trusted, shouldn't we be worried, at least curious?,
my company provides fast, efficient service, wouldn't you tell your provider this?, there was no clear agreement (and I posted picture of agreement where he said to make this agreement for 4 months).

No one is asking you this, you are ignoring my questions which are backed up by proofs and you are not answering on them.

If this is true why are you paying deposit for Wise, Revolut and other payments if I told you that my customers don't use these payment methods and they use only PayPal?

1. You were not going always upfront. I was sending you $1K's Paypal upfront and you would send me after that crypto.

2. Here is answer on your quesiton why did I ask for deposit (even though I don't have to answer you this).
Since you have paid deposit I could send you upfront $1K and pay $4.99 Fee. So when I want to swap $5K I can send x5 each $ 1K and it
will cost me $25 and it will be faster. As you can see when I have swapped at start with you $500 without deposit, we did like 6x
transactions in order to swap $3K and it has costed me $30. If you had deposit I would do 1K transactions and It would cost me $15.
Since you paid deposit I could send you upfront larger amounts and I would pay x2 lower fees + process of transactions would
go faster since there would be less transactions.

Headshot wrote so many new lies again.

3. You asked me to add your payment methods on my website and I informed you that I can't
add them at the bottom of my website, since there would be too many payments methods and I would need to make all of
them smaller at the bottom which wouldn't look good. Proof for this is here: Screenshot

You knew that I have added your payment methods on my website's main check out page and you are posting here on sythe only

You should post evidence not me. Also, if I informed you that I can't add them, and in case you didn't know, they are on my main page, that is your fault. I wasn't even required to add them at that time. Additionally, you never stated this in the Terms of Service. I think you should understand that in any business, rights are obtained through a contract. In our agreement, you didn’t include a single condition that should be met. I am pretty sure mods have more than enough information/evidence about this case and I will just leave decision to mods now and I will refrain from further commenting.
