Powerbot hacked?

But yes, i completely agree! I havn't touched their site in over a year, I moved on to using NeXuS, and now im a level 120, making 40m+ per day botting frost dragons!

 

guys if i downloaded and opened rsbot 242 from the powerbot website a few minutes, is my computer infected?

i ran a flash scan and a quick scan on malwarebytes and it hasnt found anything yet.

im going to run a full scan right now, but if that doesnt find anything, does that mean im fine? or that i should get a better anti -malware program or anti virus.

 

Run a virus scan everyone who upgraded to 2.42, even if you just updated the client.

From what I gather, 2.42 is a legitimate version, ''4.0'' is the infected one they had up this morning.

 

I'm personally not surprised they did it before and they will do it again. Sad thing is that people will continue to use it.

 

Freaking lol'd, that's too bad. I wish kiko would use a diff client. This crap is getting annoying. But lucky me I check forums of every bot I use before i use it.
