Hey guys i just want to tell this shortly im currently 16 and im playing for the B1 Second year i play as right back the thing is why do my team mates who almost never show up for training 3x a week and myself who attends every training session never complains plays good etc etc does not get the credit that he should get from the our trainer when the people who never show up dont even get punished and im talking about not attending for a long time.

Any advice i dont have any grudges against my team mates since i knew them since i was 8 and they are good players aswell but they seem to fuck it up for themselfs

Well, just be yourself, they will get punished once, just don't care about them, you get better each training and they do not, so keep up the good work, you could be proud of yourself:D

defence,, im a full back, we do the job but get no credit thats who we are. although a tap on the back from a goalkeeper is everything, just remember stop the ball getting in, the goalkeeper will respect you so much, ps all the strikers and midfielders are girls
