any 99 skills can i get for 10mil

title says it all *I DO HAVE MORE CASH I JUST ASKING ABOUT 10MIL*

 

Fletching!!!! I started with 4M and ended up with 8M doing yew longbows only

i was thinking about doing firemaking but if i do would i need any quest to get more xp and what not

Herblore (Not really viable, but you can clean herbs to make a profit/break even).

I bet you can make money doing any skill.. it's really just a matter of finding what buys for less, When it is raw, then when it is completed.
(Like steel bars to cannon balls, or logs to bows.)

I'm making a pure with 99 mage, took about 300k to reach 55 mage without gaining any hp, and I've been gaining money ever since. Currently at 88 mage.

 

how much would it cost from 70-99 magic alching rune arrows and how much would i loose per alch

Magic is probably the best to go with imo.

 

you would need grimy herbs (a lot) around 3mil- 5mil herbs not absolutely sure of the numbers, doing this isn't recommended because of the 4 hour limit, a bot cleans on average 4k herbs/ hour to get 99 you would need close to 1k hours botted in herblore cleaning herbs.

Now the GE timer you can buy a maximum of 10k herbs/ 4 hours meaning you will have to account for the 400 hours needed to buy them all. This method isn't highly recommended.

I would recommend cooking since its quick and you barely make a loss.
