New skulling/luring technique.

Me and my friend discovered an amazing new skulling/luring technique that works like a dream.
I have the entire fake story, how to lure them in, how to skull, and such, and I am selling this technique for 4m rsgp.

I've showed this to a couple of friends already and all of them were amazed, and said I should try and sell this. So here I am. I won't go first, but once you pay, I will not only tell you how to do it, but also show you ingame and prove that it works.

can i do this on a level 3 account or would it have to be on my main?

 

You could do it on a lvl 3....it would take like forever though. Better to use main or an account who can actually hit decently.

Edit: scratch that, it would be very hard, nearly impossible to do on a lvl 3.
