Whats the best way to turn this account into a viable pker?

This used to be a hybrid pure years back but then it was hacked and someone turned in the monkey madness exp and raised my def dramatically. I then proceeded to get it 60 def, a lot of it by quests but i did train a good amount of def. I really want to start pking on this account since I have some annoying and long quests done such as DT and what not. Is there anyway I could make this account a viable pker in todays' world?

Stats:
87 CB
70 ATK
74 STR
61 DEF
72 HP
72 RANGED
94 MAGE
47 PRAY

and various other non combat skills. I see this and dont really know what to do since ive been out of runescape for a few years now but I really dont want to start over and I really dont want to max everything in order to become viable, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

90+ strength,
70 defence,
90+ ranged,
70 prayer w/ piety, and
Quest barrows gloves and you're golden

You could optionally get 75 attack as well if you want to use ags or you could slowly level it 70-75 through hybriding with whip

 

Well I would say just getting 95 prayer for turmoil and soul split and 90+ strength would make you a "decent" pker. For the real deal you would need 90+ attack as well and chaotic rapier/maul.

 

Turn it into a main pker.
