About a month ago, we agreed that Headshot would provide me with payment processor services for a period of four months. However, he violated our agreement and mentioned that he would ask the Sythe moderators to determine what is right. Even though he agreed to offer me this service for four months, with the understanding that after this period, he could retrieve his deposit at any time, he has failed to uphold the deal.






He claimed that he has successfully retrieved deposits from others, as he provides this service to loads other Discord servers. He also stated that he continues to work with them because, as he put it, 'he gained their trust.' In my opinion, he has taken all the necessary steps to potentially exit the situation with a scam. Having earned their trust, he is now in a position to retrieve deposits from multiple servers, and he could potentially scam between $25,000 and $30,000 according to my estimation. I am not suggesting this is his intention or that he will do so, but this is why I structured our deal to last at least four months. During the first month, he earned approximately $1,000 to $1,500 in commission from me, as I had over $10,000 - $13,000 worth of transactions with him. After that, I had no further transactions, and he simply requested a refund, since he was not receiving any new transactions. However, the agreement was for him to provide me with service for four months, meaning that, even in the absence of orders, he is still obligated to remain available to fulfill this service. Afterward, he stated that he believes I don’t have the money to return the deposit, which he has no right to claim. In response, I took a screenshot of my account showing that the balances exceed over $10K.

 

I provided !dzeny with two services but one was under a deposit:

1. Swapping PayPal to crypto.
2. Payment processing, offering these methods (Under 1k deposit):
   • Zelle
   • Revolut
   • Wise
   • Apple Pay

I never agreed to his terms; I simply said he could hold my deposit for four months as we built rapport and trust . With payment processing, his customers would send payments to my methods, and after processing $500-$1k, I would pay my tab via crypto.

I invited him to my private server, where 99% of my clients submit payment screenshots, and I add them to their tabs minus my commission fee.

After more than a month, I realized:

1. No payments had been processed.
2. He left my Discord server without notifying me.

From a business perspective, the deposit was meant to facilitate processed payments, but mine wasn’t being used. When I requested my deposit back, he became upset, initially refusing to return it and even threatened to remove his vouches, which I earned through solid business for swapping PayPal to crypto, and even leave a bad review vouch.

The facts are clear: no tab or debt is owed to him. I should be able to ask for my deposit at any time. I remained reasonable, even offering flexibility if he didn’t have the funds, but his response was to spam me with balances from multiple accounts, bragging about having $20k.

We have a person who left my Discord server, has processed zero payments with me to date, and is now upset that I'm requesting my deposit back. This is simply someone trying to hold onto my funds for a few more months, and when confronted, has threatened to damage my reputation if I don't comply. He didn't offer to return my deposit until I offered to have sythe mods help us come to a conclusion.

I replied to his terms with "ahh I see what you mean"

There was no confirmation or acknowledged further then that with his terms.

I asked the Sythe mods: Should we not be concerned that he left my Discord server, and if needed and if possible have to check with my dev, I can provide evidence showing he left well before today's conversation. Shouldn't we also be alarmed that he's making it difficult for me to request my deposit back? No payments have been processed, and no debt is owed to him.

 

I will just wait for mods to decide if I should return him deposit back, eventhough agreement was: in 4 months he has right to take it whenever he wants. Also I told him I don't want to deal in his discord server since my account is on higher ban rate due to staying in discord servers that were breaking discord rules and it is a lot easier for me to deal in discord dms. After leaving his server, I kept talking to him in discord dm still. The agreement did not mention whether I should have daily or weekly transactions, nor did it state that he could take the deposit back at any time if I don't have them.

 

You have tagged my agreement that was stating 6 months duration of your payment processor service and you wrote "make it 4" so I made it 4 months.

I informed him that for future business transactions, I'm happy to go first since he is considered "trusted." I wouldn't want a deposit to hinder any potential future dealings.

 

Btw my server is not out for the public it is by invite only and for my clients to document all incoming and outgoing payments being sent

 

No, besides holding the deposit for the 4 months there were no other agreements regarding what would happen if any violations occurred during that period. There was no penalty or percentage of the deposit outlined in the event of a breach or termination of the agreement.

 

Btw he removed all his vouches on my sythe page all because I asked for my deposit back lol

 

You have agreed to something and you are violating agreement, you forced me to remove them as I can't vouch for someone who is prone to violating agreement.

 

No, there were not.

 

Since the time of the deposit, there have been no requests to send or receive any payments with the payment methods I provide. I am unsure when he left the server to be honest but he admit to leave my server shortly after payment information was given.

Please let the record reflect that any PayPal-to-crypto transactions were part of a separate service (crypto swapping), while payment processing, for which I made a deposit, is a distinct service. The records will clearly show the payment methods I provided for payment processing, and PayPal is not one of them.
