if i sell an acc to gold4rs, will i get scammed?

they offered $70 for my pure, u think i shud sell to them?

ive never traded with them before, but i heard their service is kinda bad

they said they will pay me 7 days after i give them acc EVEN THOUGH i have no recoveries set on acc

seems kinda fishy tbh

so should or should i not sell to them?

 

I have sold two accounts to them. On the first occasion, the trade was perfect. On the second, they did pay after a week; however, they disputed the payment a few weeks later, saying the account was never received. I won the dispute (easily) by just explaining the nature of the trade. Paypal does not handle "I did not receive my item" disputes for virtual items, and the default judgment is no judgment at all.

 

I have sold lots of accounts to them. Never really had a problem. If you're legit, they will be legit.

I hear it helps saying you are from sythe to avoid getting scammed since they advertise here and try to keep a good reputation here. As for the 7 day payment, yes they will usually pay you 7 days later. I've sold 5+ accounts to them with no problems, however all of those accounts were valued under $20.

I sold 3 acc's less than 20-25 bucks and never had a problem.

 

From my experience they have simply done CHARGEBACKS on me 2 times in a row

 

It's pathetic that they are a legit company but yet they still choose to scam people, just shows their morals. I really hate the fact that USA & UK RS-related sites sponser them. They should be left to go out of business, greedy chinks.

 

They seem to scam at random, mostly when selling/buying accounts. I'd say sell the account on Sythe, but you'd get charged back here as well.

I'd recommend playerauctions for accounts, your get more money and it's hassle free.
Example:
Around 6 months ago gold4rs offered me $80 for a account, I sold it later that day on playerauctions for $270.

 

Any smart scammer doesn't do the "I have not received my item" chargeback, and protection against this for buyers does not cover virtual items. If you are lucky and get one, just send a paragraph or two explaining Runescape in the dispute.

The smart hackers, however, commit fraud to guarantee a chargeback. G4rs would rapidly get sued if they used these methods. See my sticky about Paypal in the Market Lounge.

Personally I have sold an account to them, for $45, they did pay and they never charged it back.

 

I tried, it's been like 5 months and still no reply from them.
I assumed the whole thing was just a fake to make their customers THINK they were real accounts.
