    Reasoning:

    He has 32 posts and joined two weeks ago. Seems to me most of his 115 vouches are either from people with 1 post, and joined in May; and or people who have 3-5 posts and joined few years back.

    I'm going to go with buying vouches on another site / vouching from hacked accounts.

    On top of that, he DOES NOT have the amount of gold he has vouches for, nor did he have that amount at any point.
