Mods going crazy with spam infractions

I doubt I'm the only one finding myself being infracted for some ridiculous reasons under the category of spam.
I will find myself looking into my infraction and then looking at the rules only to find that my post doesn't break any of them, at least not under the context of spamming.

It seems as if that if someone is willing to report someone for spam, mods are willing to infract them regardless as to whether or not the post is within the boundries of sythe's rules.

I think either the rules regarding spam should be updated or the mods should actually learn the rules.

actually unwarranted, but that can be seen as spam if we were quickly completing reports (if taken out of context)

Most infractions are warranted, but hey, we make mistakes, and if you PM the staff member who gave you them (politely), they may reverse it.
