Need Help, PLEASE RED

Hey guys i m kind of noob at gfx but can someone please teach me how to do this i will be really grateful to you, i need to learn how to do this in detail

Don't know if anyone knows how to do smth like this. The rainbow thing is pretty good. It's not THAT hard, but it is pretty tough to do.

Most of it is brushing.

If any of you can pay, I can teach you exactly how to make something like that in the space of around 15 minutes - 30 minutes.

Otherwise I might make a tutorial in the future.

 

Looks like it would require some brush downloads and clipping masks.
If you are new to Photoshop or another editing program, i would suggest learning something a bit easier first to get you familiar with the program.
