I think I have everything worked out now. We'll see if I receive my payments or not when I sell gold, but so far it looks good.

Seems like quite alot of information, but i guess, if you even attempt to scam somebody they could report you to the higher powers of the GODs ;)

I never got asked for anything of that.

Bare in mind, i only SOLD RSGP there. I never bought anything.

All i needed to do to make and verify my account was provide my mobile number, so they could text me the verification code to confirm registration, aswell as the usual stuff like; username, pass, email etc.

Are you sure the email was from player auctions not someone trying to get their hands on your details? I have bought/sold allot on player auctions and never had this requested.

I contacted live chat support and the individual did not understand why they would ask me for that information either and told me to e-mail them. So I did, and I'm awaiting a reply. I hope they sort things out quickly.

Make sure you email their email address rather than replying to the email sent to you, also cross reference the two. It doesn't seem right to me, but than again I have no idea how their company work's and I'm basing my opinion on my own experience.

They ask me this when I was buying over 1B rsgp from their site
I gave them all the information that was necessary, my drivers ID,
my last billing statement, home phone, etc. Everything checked out in the end, and I was able to continue buying without anymore verification waiting times after I gave them my personal information. They are a legit business and I have never heard of anyone being scammed by them, other than poor costumer service on account recovery, thats about it.
