Why are PINS prohibited?

I was wondering why membership SMS pins are prohibited on upgrade section?

I find them a lot cheaper, but we can't buy/sell them here?

Can someone explain the danger of using an SMS pin? Is it safe once applied?

 

I think they were prohibited because there were too many scams.

 

The sale of 'pins' were ceased because it could land the site, and the owner in legal trouble, because of all the 'pins' coming from illegitimate sources.

I believe that you are now allowed to sell any type of membership, (besides credit card), on sythe, and they no go under the name of "Account Upgrades".
Because it is up to each individual user to apply the upgrade, sythe can't be put in any legal troubles.

aswell ppl got shit vouches all like $4 vouches and was very easy to give fake codes etc so very easy to scam
