4ng is a scammer

He was gonna buy an account for me from $90. He refused to go first, now he's trying to get me to do things I can't do because he changed the pass. He said I could have the account back whenever, but he is now refusing to give it back. He also changed the email, but says he doesn't, even though it was under his possession. Here's our PM's

I'd like him to be banned for scamming.
