You expect someone to buy an account with recoveries and email?

 

chuck theres no way to cancle recvories but willing to do recovery check and email change with a middle man. Jagex made it where you can only change recovires now if they are already set.

 

To remove recoveries you need to set a Recovery process. If it goes succesfull they will be deleted.
