buying maxed melee MAIN [rsgp/paypal]

OK! I know how easy it is to sell/recover accounts, therefore i am incredibly hesitant to be buying an account at all on a website
However, I am currently without a main.
The only requirements I care about are:
99 strength
99 defence
99 attack
99 hitpoints
I understand that players will be offering accounts with things like yak, turm, overloads, 99 summoning, dungeoneering etc, and i understand that those items add extra value to your accounts.
I am however primarily interested in this account as a staker, so those stats do not hold a great deal of value to me
The cheapest max melee from a player i deem highly trusted WILL be bought.
Again I repeat HIGHLY TRUSTED
Ideally an OMM/Mod or players who have developed a great deal of repect on this website

Blindside proof he scammed you and if the kid's paying with Paypal/RSGP you're suppose to make him go 1st or USE A OMM/MM or do 50/50 to deem him trustworthy.. Lol.
