We're well aware of the rule that automatic bumping is now allowed, which is also not something we do (only possible if being a $300+ donor).
The bumps you see are done using a 'tool', meaning there's a simple command in our Discord for staff to use to bump our thread using the MufasaClient account on one of my dummy PCs running at home as shown below:



Each time a bump is done it is also logs a webhook message in our staff-bots channel so staff can see when the last bump was, here are the last four bumps done by the command currently:



As our staff is both EU and US based we mostly have coverage around the clock but also encourage staff to make sure there is enough buffer to also not violate the 4 hour bumping rule.

This 'solution' also heavily depends on myself being available, as for example the last week + there have been no bumps as I have not been able to refresh the authenticator on the dummy PC. If you go back into the history of our bumps, you'll see this occur more often, as well as sometimes bumps being missed and so on.

If this is considered to be too automatic I am more than happy to disable the command and go back to full manual bumping.

As mentioned earlier, by looking at the staff-bots channel when the last bump was. Staff has their own 'assigned' time ranges that they are usually active. Aside from that there's a bot (external) with a remindme function that we more often than not use to remind yourself we can bump again as shown below:
