    Two days ago I was looking for barrows service from scratch, i found this guy and he seemed so friendly until he got the money sent and that’s when everyone started ignoring me.

    They have had discounts going on and instead of applying discount he charged me full price, later I questioned him and he added the money to the wallet that he over-charged without asking if I want refund or not. Then i told him i’d like the money to be used for some gold, he ignored me 4 times, then I created another ticket and his manager replied not caring much telling me to wait.
    Then this owner replied saying tomorrow he will get the gold on the account, tomorrow came and he ignored me the whole day, then i questioned his manager again and that’s when they got all offensive telling me how I make many tickets (2), he said 8, then he was like stop pinging us, he was all offensive because I simply was over charged and they would of kept the money if I did not tell them, and the owner promised to deliver gold on the day and disappeared and once questioned they got all offensive telling me to go sythe if i want.

    Then I said i want to cancel the order and want my refund, so now they are telling me I am not allowed to log into my account until worker logs in and tells progress (even though 2 days of progress were sent to chat) they are not allowing me to log into my own account and refusing to refund until worker comes, and this worker has been offline for whole day. Even the manager said the worker will get on at a time he said but it’s been three hours after the said time.

    I questioned them again in the discord and now they are telling me to stop pinging them. I want my account as I asked for refund due to them over charging me, promising me pay date and not delivering on the set date and then getting offensive for questioning that.

    I have shown respect to them throughout, and now they are telling me to not ping them and I feel that I am being scammed out of the money and refused from logging into my account.

    I would never use them again, nobody bothers to reply to tickets and they are only nice before you pay your money to them.

    Yeah have received payment after making this report without needing to wait for worker anymore.

    Hey! Ill also comment on behalf of Gilded Grind due to being Management within the server.

    OP was charged for a service, Owner taking the payment making a mistake, forgetting there was a discount on.

    After OP mentioned this, the difference was refunded to OPs wallet in the server.
    OP asked for it to be put as gold onto his account, Gilded said sure, explained he would get it done. Something came up IRL and he wasnt able to get to it. (Real life happens to us all)

    Never once did we tell the user he COULDNT log into his account, we stated he shouldnt, until the worker was able to log on and verify the work completed. (Sometimes the DINK RUNELITE PLUGIN isnt always 100%)

    OP Has been pretty hostile, pinging staff multiple times, even after an explanation saying we would get his issue resolved.

    I am more than happy, along with other staff to provide ticket transcripts showing the users Hostility and inability to wait for our worker to come online.

    We cannot help with the worker not being online. We never specified HE WOULD BE ONLINE AT X TIME.
