I know the purpose of a VPS but I still don't understand it. Is it hardware or software and how much does it cost?

For a while, I botted a few accounts at chaos druids for money. As of now, I'm not botting anything. Next project will be 99 mage for mage boxing

 

botting slayer atm, not slayer bot, autofighter pro and assigning tasks manually. pretty sweet, went from 75 to 79 this past few days, bot about 10-15 hours a day.
