Still Have Not Received Auth?

Hey guys. I made a payment for an auth last night via PayPal on RSbots.net. They say it usually takes 0-20 minutes to receive the auth after purchase. It is now 10 hours later and I still have not received an email from RSBots. I thought this site was legit but now I'm thinking they pulled a fast one on me. I'm gonna try and call their number when their site is back up as it is down right now.

 

Are you sure you payed with the paypal corresponding with your email?

Rsbots.net is up for me, you should probably call them. They didn't 'pull a fast one' on you, I've bought numerous auths from them, and all came within 3 minutes.

The website is legit, either it didn't fully process emailing you your auth, and you should contact them, or your looking at the wrong email.

 

ive bought loads of auths and nomrally they come within 5 minutes max.
call there number there site is up.

 

Their site is down for me.. Wtf o.o...

 

Site is working for me, i also have brought over 10 auths from them each of them under 5 mins.

From the above quote, Im guessing a simple email + verifying paypal transaction should fix this. Honestly never had to do this.

EDIT: dont they send the auth to your email also ? from memory they do.

 

if you try and look for the code more then 2 hrs after its purchased then i dont think it shows up on the auth panel llook up. yea id go ahead and phone them/

 

No. They are legit, just call them and they will help.

 

Normally they are legit Rsbots.net try to send an email.

 

Post on their forums for sure, you'll get answered by a Mod.

 

Post on their forums, double check the sent email check your paypal email, if nothing there either call them on send them an email with some proof

 

Their website has been down for me today, check the email of the paypal account you bought the Auth with.

 

Are you blacklisted? Check your paypal and see if the payment was refunded.

 

Problem solved made a ticket and they gave me the code ASAP. This can be closed.
