Scammed By 0belisk (Repost)

Well you guys closed my last post because I apparently had no proof of accepting the trade (for some reason the MSN conversation with the Med and I that matches his MSN he posts all the time on here wasn't enough?). He recently PMd me admitting that the account was recovered, and is trying to blame it on someone else (funny, selling me a stolen account?).

Deal was 125m vs account (as you can see in threads where he vouchs the MM for moding the trade and I also vouched him for the trade). We ended up doing 100m upfront then another 25m when the recoveries were changed to mine (yes yes I know, stupid of me to trade).

When I logged onto MSN this morning he was online, he logged off shortly after. I've PM'd him on Sythe (he was online, last seen has been updated frequently (he's trolling)) and gotten no response. I've contacted the MM and he's agreed t help post the SA. He should be posting shortly (Tux).

I was also just informed by the MM that when trying to contact him via MSN, he also logged off (fairly good proof IMO). He should be posting his proof here shortly.

He took a video of the entire trade (it's like 2 hours long lol) and has more information in regards to the transaction.

I can't imagine this isn't enough proof.... You can check my Inbox if you don't believe those PMs are from him, and as I said contact the MM.

I'd be fine if he refunded me my gold (seeing as he has admitted to the account not being his, and someone else being able to recover it) or he is banned and the MM returns my 25m deposit he is STILL holding and refuses to pay me.

Edit: MM just informed me he plans on paying the other 25m if this gets denied again. From what I can tell the MM and 0belisk are in on it together, which wouldn't at all surprise me.

If a Mod is about to deny this appeal, I'd like to request he PM me first if at all possible. There is so much proof here, even him admitting the account is recovered... I can't imagine this isn't enough to ban him. Anyway, please PM me if you feel this isn't enough proof.
