I'll try to explain this as easy as i can.

Blue Collar is what a standard employee would wear to work. He'd wear the standard company clothes. White Collar would be what management would wear, more of professional attire.

They're currently BC now (Beginners armor, weapons, ...etc). Soon they'll move to WC (Dragon armor, Bandos, higher stat required items..etc).

How would it be a coincidence then? All of those people wearing the same thing, in the same world, with same sort of names and around the same level. Impossible to be a coincidence.
