As mentioned in the previous TWC dispute (which I created too early, my apologies for that) the TWC was received for poor trading. In the previous dispute I showed my intentions that I was going to refund the user before the report was created.

Aside from that, the ToS is now listed both on the webstore during ordering, and also on Discord in the purchase channel. No trades are done within Discord anymore and everything solely goes through the webstore.
