New ipod from iigoNuts....

So i bought an ipod touch from iigoNuts. He is supposedly shipping it to me today, though it seems kinda sketchy. He keeps pushing the sending day back. (its been 5 days).

Anyways, its a jailbroken ipod. Would i be able to get a new one if i didnt get the warranty, but i just brought it to an apple store? yes, i know how to un-jailbreak it to.

Dude, he's obviously scamming you, if you've been waiting 5 days already. Your chances of winning a chargeback get lower the longer you wait so chargeback on his ass already before he has time to spend the money on stuff online. Paypal isn't likely to refund you if its a new acc and he's negative because then they'd loose money.

 

I am. If i dont get it today im ganna start getting reports ready.

who? Im kinda worrying about iigoNuts now, so im not sure what to do. Might file a scam report if i dont have it sent today. If not, he either sends it tomorrow or i report.

What's keeping him?

 

No idea. The story is, i sent him $90 paypal as first payment, and the day after he simply didnt respong to anything. I thought i was scammed, so i chargebacked. I told him to give paypal the tracking number and he would get the money back. He refused, so i man-ed up and canceled it (last night). He said he would sent it express today. Again, he logged off, and has not texted or pm'ed me.

I suggest giving him a deadline. If he fails to follow it (he's already had a lot of time - I suggest 24hrs), contact PayPal and if you're PayPal is credit card funded, contact your credit card company. File a charge back report and a Scam report against him, if he isn't already banned.

Mhmm. He promised he would ship today. Im giving him until tomorrow, and tomorrow only. Ive been WAY to nice to this guy. im just looking for a fair trade, not ganna have him pushing the date back.

 

And as I said, file a report with PayPal (and your CC company, if it's funded by a CC) and get him banned on Sythe.

Be careful though, it sucks but some people here don't really have a problem taking other peoples money.. not fun. It doesn't seem like he really intends to deliver it if he keeps ditching you

 

Theres always the option of contacting his family through FaceBook. I dont intend on doing that unless i find out he's a scammer. Im sure his mom wont be happy with him taking money from somebody else

 

Personally, I'd report him now. Devon is pretty much a scammer - He decided to IM me on MSN and tell me to show 350M to someone so they would send back his money, claiming he was chargedback $90 so I'm guessing he was talking about you.

He also asked me if I would put my Sythe reputation on the line to help him scam.

Report him now, get your money back and be done with him.

 

I know about that incident. I looked at a scam report and thats what he told another guy. He doesn't realize that not having communication the day after money is sent would make me think hes a scammer. Hes telling me i tried to scam for chargebacking. I think i burst his bubble when i told him i dont play RS anymore too

He's had numerous scam reports on him within like the last week.

 

IDK about numerous...i saw 1 of them, and it was because i chargebacked and he wanted people to show me money, like i would try to buy it or something. Other than that i dont think he has tried to scam.

 

Most have been archived I believe.

 

I asked a mod for reports, no reply though

 

Ive contacted his relative on facebook...certain its his mom, or aunt maybe. I guess ill see whats up when they respond to my message.
