IlikeWins scammed me for 10m RSGP

Simple scam report really, ilikewins scammed me for 10m; Was going to buy a mems pin off him for 10mill, but after i gave him the 10mill he waited around on msn for a bit and said 'the country is u.k and the payment option is paymo' i then replied with 'im on the country u.k, but theirs no such payment as paymo' then he doesn't reply for approximatley 2 minutes and then signs out of msn, i've tooken as many screenshots as possible.
