Does the def need to be 45?

I have a maxed zerker except I quested before the release of turmoil, so my def would go up if I did the quest.

My pure is fully quested w/ 45 def, turmoil, 80 attack and 61 dung; If you're willing to wait a week or two I could easily have a chaotic weapon, I also have the RSGP on the account to buy overloads/extremes and he has elite void + korasi already done.
