My name is Michael,
I'm 18 years of age and I currently live in the city Adelaide, which is in South Australia. Yes, this mean's I'm an Aussie (abbreviation of Australian); no I don't see any kangaroo's in my backyard right now. Italian is my 2nd language and I can speak it fluently. I play Soccer and am currently doing a School-Based-Apprenticeship in Plumbing 1st-fix.
I'm no huge gold seller, account seller or seller in general. But I have experienced the market; trading over $1,000.
I like to contribute to forums a lot, I've had plenty of experience both Moderating and Administrating, even managing my own forum! In my spare time (when I have it) I check my Facebook, Text/Call on the phone and use Sythe. I enjoy listening to rap/hip-hop/R&B/techo/dance Music and I love War/Comedy films. I have a sense of humour and I can get annoyed. But I'm only human, right?

I originally listened to rumours of Sythe was full of Scammers and is a 'hole' etc; One day, I decided to check it out. I then registered and since then I've enjoyed every moment being apart of the community. Now I understand what it takes to become a CA (Community Assistant) and I am applying for it. I'm pretty active averaging 15 posts per day. I'm on MSN everytime I'm on Sythe ([email protected]) Feel free to add me for a talk. I have never received an warning, infraction or ban. I understand the rules clearly. I also understand the importance of a neat, tidy and easy to read thread: this is a great example.

I have put a lot of effort into this application and plan to put a lot more into the forum. Please feel free to post any advice after viewing my entire application.

I'd like to join the Community Assistant team because I purely love helping people. I love their reaction after I've helped them, It makes myself and the person I helped both happy. I feel I can bring activity to the team and help with all support questions in any subject. Giving the right answer to support questions is crucial, so I always do my research before giving advice. This is time-consuming at times, but I tend to get it done quickly and properly. Personally I think I'd be a great addition to the team and can help out when help is needed. I'm a Soccer Referee, which mean's I'm very good at quick decision making and working well under-pressure. This is a great quality which will help me in the team.

I must also add that I have seen he is committed to sythe.org and loves to help with just about anything.

 

I think your layout starts off nice, and then seems to end as if it was rushed. What I mean by that is that you have clear titles to start with,
followed by the information / text. Whereas at the end of your application, you don't have very clear titles etc - That's just a real quick tidy-up job, not a major.
I think you could possible edit those quotes of yours, take some more time to get around the forums and help people in areas you feel that you're an expert in. If you're knowledgeable on Runescape, post around in those forums offering some in depth advice, because I feel like your quotes are a tad lacking.

With a little bit of touch-up work, I think you're onto a winner here, not far off what I'd say is a solid application. Best of luck.

EDIT: Another thing that could be done, is reduce the amount of quote links you've given us, and directly post those quotes here, it makes it easier to see and read, and adds another touch to your application.

 

Personally, I cannot say that Swin has helped me with many things, but it's the little things that count I think.
His attitue is definitely one to take example of. It's almost like he's ready to jump at any question or concern you might have when you talk to him, yet in the most respecful way.
I do believe he deserves to be community assistance because that is really something he does well.

Alright, your layout is actually pretty good, I like it. Though, you should add a paragraph on "why you would like to join the team," and "How you can help the team as a whole." Also, you should put your guides bellow the "About Me" section, and make your title for your guides 'pop' out more, do the same for your quotes. Just make them a little bigger, but don't over-do it. Also, put the disclaimer on the top or the bottom, I think it would fit there much better. By the way, I suggest you make one or two more guides. Your current guides are pretty simple, as well as short. Try to make a great guide that you can elaborate on. Well, good luck! If you need anymore help, I'm a PM away.

He's a nice guy i would like to see him CS. Only thing is i would want him to be on the forums a little longer than 3 months.
