[PARDON][BAN/DELETION] Tengauge12's Pardon Request.

Hello, Sythe..

I wish to be pardoned for whatever it was which had kept me banned, and my account deleted.

Finn, I would like to say to you that I am highly sorry for anything which had caused you to have randomly treated me the way you did and banned me. I honestly do not know which caused the actions you had taken against me that day, when I had not talked to you in a long while, but I am sorry for whatever caused it.

Despite the relationship between you and I and possibly a couple of other people on these forums. I did contribute alot, and as-well was a donator. I understand that a few people was a little agitated on how I would still do RaS reports, and continuously look for people which are scammers, Ban Evaders and such and instead of reporting them to the appropriate place, I would instead report them specifically to certain mods.

Richard, I am honestly sorry for the PM's I had sent you, but honestly.. I only sent you 6 PMS within 3 days. and that was because you had only responded once, and I had no clue what to do, and given the circumstanced of what had happened to me in the past, and some of my good mod friends here I felt it was better to have contacted you perrsonally rather than making another attempt to dispute my ban/deletion of my account.

I did not mean to pressure you or anything, but given what had happened to me for no reason 2 of my transactions from here on Sythe was reversed, and I lost 2 expensive accounts and was told " Your banned now anyways scammer "

So, I do apologizer but at the time, I just wanted the situation delt with quickly so I can either have what was stolen from be back and proven I never scammed, or them banned.

Now in general...

I wish to be pardoned from whatever reason I was banned for and my account deleted. Finn, I have known you for a very long time, and we use to be really good friend.. I don't understand what caused you to act the way you did that day, but I know you go through alot have have emotion problems which causes you to sometimes make judgmental decisions without have fully thinking about them, which as I have been reading everything you have been working on which is good. It takes a bigger man to realize their problems and actually seek to find things to help them, rather than the ones to go on like they don't exist.

Now, if it will be too much of a hassle to undelete my account.. Can I be pardoned to be able to create a new account, and just given the status that I am the real Tengauge12 and the ability to use all my vouches for my newcomer account.

Alright FTR I do not support this at all. Your constant (understatement) harrassment of Verts/Finn and also if an admin has to go as far as to delete your account that should speak for itself....

Okay, I was unaware that they could not do it, did not know if they kept saved data longs monthly or something of everything that happens and could string my account from a past date and insert it into now..

Anyway, being pardoned to create a new account I will be perfectly fine with that. Given that I have the status that I am the actual Tengauge12 and the ability to use all my vouches and my donation rank..

If so possible.. Once the newcomer account is created; possibly going into the Admin CP for my account and editing the join date back to 2006 for my new comer account and editing it's post ? Atleast I know that's possible..

That would be much appreciated given I am pardoned.

Addeding more information in continuous to my dispute:

Finn.. I am greatly sorry for our friendship to have ended up as it did, and I know people have their personal opinion of other people it's life... Something we all have to deal with, some of us more than others..

But I would greatly appreciate my pardon, as I would like to continue my honestly, trustworthiness, and trading/selling/helping on these forums..

If I have to go through a rehabilitation or anything to serfice my pardon, I will be more than willing to do so, or if I have to go through a interview or test in which to prove anything, I will be more than willing to.

I am sorry if my unintentional forcefulness sometimes, but I can say that I greatly apologize for my unintentional forcefulness in which may have seemed like I was harassing them.

In my defense, this ' harassment ' was when I was banned wrongfully, and had waited 8months, and only after 8months did Richard pardon me and unban me after seeing it was a wrongful ban.

Which I understand the wrongful ban was if not looked into closely would have seemed as a right ban, given that I was banned for ' Self-Vouching ' given that the individual which whom had vouched me for using my services was my cousin, and I was banned for him vouching me and not have said publicly he was my cousin.

So, I had to get a post back from 2008 in a thread where my cousin and I specifically stated each other as cousins, which allowed my ban to be lifted after 8months of waiting.

So, within that 8months time.. I was continuously trying to get ahold of Finn and Verts to simply given the provided evidence to reverse the ban. They refused to have done anything with it, which in return why I had to contact Richard personally to have it taken care of.

So, I apologize for that in which was considered harassment, but I promise I did not for it to come off like that.. I was simply trying to get the actions wrongfully taken against me reversed.

Which I guess might had ruined our friendship between Verts, Finn and I, but I am sorry for that.. But I mean.. Getting banned wrongfully after dedicating so much, and doing so much with a community that you enjoy to be apart of, and the friends..

you could Imagen how you would feel, and how eager you would want the situation delt with, especially after waiting 8months.. So, for that I am greatly sorry..

Whether or not you should have been banned that day is unknown to me, however the way you harassed Finn/Verts after was uncalled for.

I can't say anything about whether your original ban was unfair as I don't know the full story myself, but regardless, I was right to delete your account; I won't stand for anyone flaming, threatening, or persistently harassing staff members after they've clearly stated (many times) they want you to leave them alone.

I've seen transcripts of your conversations with Finn and Verts on the IRC and I strongly believe that you have handled your ban completely inappropriately, so even IF your original ban was uncalled for, the actions you took following your ban were just nails in the coffin.

No support.

 

I know this is probably being voted against given nothing has happened yet which I understand and respect..

Considering the voting, and probably it not going to be going in my favor, considering my behavior when this wrongful ban took place..

I am just wanting to add:

Finn, mainly to you.. I am REALLY sorry.. I would much rather speak with you personally on MSN or something, but I forgot your MSN and seems like everytime I am online you're not.

Anyway.. I am REALLY sorry for my attitude and behavior due to my wrongful ban.. I am not asking you Finn to justify the reason why you banned me for no reason prior to me having my attitude..

I am solely wanting to please be pardoned, and given a second chance.. I know it may seem like I have been given a second chance given I was unbanned before, but the time before this was wrongful ban for the whole big misunderstanding " Self-Vouching ".

So, I was never to have been banned, although this time I should not have been banned, I was, but considering my attitude afterwards I am sure is the reason it stayed that way.

So, I am pleading to please be given a second chance.. I promise to not threaten nor disrespect anyone, especially the ones whom which I atleast believe are still my friends, and the ones which whom are not I wish to eventually befriend again, given whatever happened for our friendship to have ended in the first place.

I have NEVER scammed anyone my entire 5-6yrs here. I had never done anything skidish or demeaning to anyone, or done anyone in this community any harm.. I stayed legit, and solely through-out each and everyday done my best to help everyone I could within a days time.

I would just please be given a second chance, and my attitude due to my ban to please if not disregarded just put on hold, atleast until I can prove myself, or not prove myself, and then you bash me with it given I proved my second chance I did not respect, but I promise if given a second chance I will respect it, and if I continue to do RaS, search for scammers, Evaders etc.. I will report them all to the appropriate please rather than to specific mods. Considering that bothered alot of mods that I did that.

Although before my attitude because of my ban, I was good friends with all you guys for a really long time.. Some of you would say, I can be known to do things that are " Umm.. Wtf? Why did you have to do it like that.. ", and I apologize for those times.. Now, I know some of you before I even done anything wrong to you or anyone.. You became to dislike me rather than my friend.. Which, I know some of your reasons was to be " You're fake ", this is me.. This is how I was talking to you guys on the IRC YEARSSSS ago, and how I was when I finally decided to register on the forums, and how I have been through-out the 5-6 years.

I can go on with this, but I rather not as I know 1 of my other problems is that some people dislike is how I always when I decide to make a post is HUGE, lol.. I am sorry..

Just please considering a second chance atleast even if given that the decision is against me...
