    Yeah, title says most of it.
    I'm buying level 3's, fresh of tutorial, with Rune Mysteries completed, and the account MUST be back in varrock, I don't want to have to walk it there.
    Rather not say why, but i'm sure it's pretty obvious. :p.
    I'll be buying for 2M a piece.
