    Question about paypal negative credit.

Recently got scammed out of 500m on rs and he charge backed the $400 paypal payment.

Now i'm just wondering what would happen if i just leave it and don't pay the $400 back, I have already sent the $400 from my sythe paypal to a personal one and transferred to my bank and its already gone in.

My sythe paypal has fake info on it so i'm wondering what they would do if i don't do anything about the negative credit?

Paypal sells your info and you will get harrasing phone calls from debit collecters. That's typically how they work if you owe them money. By the way, "sythe paypal has fake info" that itself sounds fishy.

    Question about paypal negative credit.

Happened to me too when I was 16. They emailed and called a few times, once my mom picked up and talked to them, and somehow mentioned I was only 16, and since you need to be 18 to use paypal, they just fully shut down my account (so much that it was actually impossible to pay the debt, which i was actually planning to do). I'm almost 19 now and haven't heard a thing from them since.

Sounds good then as i'm only 17 so even if they do somehow get my number i should be fine :) Just hope they don't give the kid his $400 back tbh, he put a note saying he had received the goods, don't know if that will help or not.

One thing I've noticed when working with paypal is that a lot of decisions made seem to be at the discretion of the person you're talking do. I've tried to do several things with paypal employees more than once and I always get mixed results. I hope they work in your favour, good luck.

    Question about paypal negative credit.

Depends entirely on which organization they sell your debt too.
If you get NCO, expect harrassing phone calls to your house daily as well as to your workplace and to your family members.

If that reserve account is registered under your IP address they will probably close it and use the funds to reimburse your negative debt (yes they actually do this).

If you end up dealing with harrassment from a collections agency, say NOTHING on the phone to them, send them a formal letter demanding to see why you owe the funds, proof that YOU owe the funds, and other details (it is your legal right to be able to do this). In most cases this gets them to fuck right off.
